Are there really no hidden costs?
Absolutely not, there are no hidden costs. However the costs may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the nature of requirement. Whatever the case, you will find us up to 40% cheaper than other popular vendors.
How can you be cheaper than others and yet offer the same quality?
There are a number of reasons. First we do not have high over heads like our bigger competitors, so whatever we save in terms of lower over heads, we pass on to our customers.
Second we believe that high quality should not always mean higher costs. We have deliberately kept the prices low to attract larger volumes.
Will you really refund if we are not satisfied?
Absolutely! If we did not deliver what you ordered, why should we charge you. Hence the money back guarantee.
Is your production time actually a day?
If the design is not complicated and the specific project requirements are clear, the sliced page deoes get delivered in a day.
How do you ensure top of the line quality?
Through a deliberate testing mechanism, which does not allow bugs to pass through. A dedicated testing team verifies and validates the code before it is sent for delivery.
How many iterations do you allow to correct a code?
As many as it takes to get it right, though it is a cinch that we always try to get it right the first time.
How can I be sure you will not share my code with the others?
Your project details will always remain safe with us. We are always ready to sign NDA with our clients and are always committed to it. You will never find us sharing client information with anybody else.
Do you offer any discounts?
At the prices that we offer our services, it is nearly impossible to accommodate any discounts. We are in it to make money too! Though we would like to add, if your volumes are really large and you can guarantee us regular orders, we will be happy to make an exception.
What if I do not like what you deliver?
We will give you two choices. Either we will get it right no matter how many iterations it takes (and for no extra costs), or we will refund your project fees.
Can you match the codes I provide for a page?
Absolutely, though if the code requires cleansing, we will do that first and then match it. In all cases our codes are W3C compliant.

What types of source files do you accept?
We accept files in all forms PSD, AI, JPEG and PNG. However for pixel perfect delivery, it is recommended that layered PSDs are provided.
I want to slice an existing site again. Do you do that?
We could help you in case you are looking to fix any bugs in the existing code of the website. Alternatively, if you would like an existing web page to be converted to responsive, we could help you with that too.
I have a very stiff timeline for my project. Can you deliver earlier than your usual production time?
While each project has a certain production time based on the estimated effort, we can accommodate urgent delivery requests. Please specify likewise, at the time of placing the order.
Do you outsource?
Never. We have a dedicated team that does all the coding for us. This ensures quality of the deliverables as well as allows us to always meet timelines.
